Well, you may be OK with it needing 1280 x 1024. Be happy in that little minority! This would be unusable for just about everyone I know. The previews are nice, not sure the longer text is really that helpful, but it just needs too much screen real estate.
Efficiency, to the point, and without distractions are still more important for the majority of us. Which is probably why google still looks so much the same, and still has nearly 80% of the market. Cuil did something like this, and had 0.02% last time I looked.
Nice hobby, but … no more than that. Sorry if that’s harsh, but you did ask.
